This policy explains what [Legal entity — to be confirmed] ("we") collects when you use hedged.finance and app.hedged.finance, and why.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
Your wallet address
To show your loans, swaps and history, the app sends your wallet address to our servers, which read the public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transactions are public by the nature of the blockchain; we cannot remove them.
Signing in
Wallet connection is provided by Privy. If you sign in with an email address or a passkey instead of an existing wallet, Privy processes that email or passkey to create and secure a wallet for you, under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, referring sites, countries and page performance. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Stored in your browser
The app keeps a few preferences on your device: your light or dark theme, the network you chose, whether the sidebar is expanded, and which version of the terms you accepted. Privy keeps your sign-in session. None of these are used for tracking.
Infrastructure
The Services are hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase and Cloud Run), whose servers record standard request logs such as IP address and time. Blockchain data is read through third-party RPC providers.
Your choices
You can clear what is stored in your browser at any time; the app will ask you to accept the terms again. For any privacy question, contact us at [contact address — to be confirmed].
